Create Your Own Hand-Built Serving Platter & Dip Bowl Workshop

Join me for a step-by-step workshop where I'll guide you through the process of making your very own hand-built platter & matching dip bowl. You will be able to choose the shape of platter you want, rectangle or oval. With over 30 years of experience as a full-time ceramic artist, I’m excited to share my passion and expertise with you. During the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to create a unique relief design on your pieces by selecting from my extensive collection of wonderful stamps that I’ve crafted and collected over the years.

This is a fun and engaging workshop, where you will learn two hand-building techniques perfect for all skill levels.  Children aged 8 to 12 are welcome to participate but must be accompanied by an adult.

Feel free to bring your own apron—though none of the materials will stain your clothing. 

After the workshop, I will glaze and twice fire your completed project, which will be ready for collection in about 2-6 weeks. Your finished items will be dishwasher and microwave safe.

* Clay to complete the project
* Finishing, glazing, and firing of your item

Please Note:

Workshops require at least six students to run. If this minimum isn’t met, you’ll receive a refund or credit for a future workshop.

Cancellations require at least 72 hours' notice for a credit. Refunds are not available.

If a workshop is canceled due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen reasons, it will be rescheduled, and a credit will be issued.
