This glaze was inspired by growing up in South Africa. I have glazed this bowl with multiple layers of glaze to create a very tactile surface that is reminiscent of dry desert earth like that of the Kalahari Desert.  Both the inside and exterior are finished in matte glazes.

Perfect as a fruit bowl for your kitchen island or dinning table.
